How quickly can I learn body art?Learning to apply body art is very easy. In under an hour most people are able to produce high-quality designs. Within a couple of hours you will understand how to set up and maintain the equipment and tattoo in different styles. Body art with stencils is creative and fun but not hard to learn. Tiger-Designs offer full on-site training with each system sold (applies to GB mainland customers only) as standard. Further training is available on request and we also have written guides with hints and tips. Further to this, we have a customer support line for any problems or further information needed once you are up and running.

How long will body art last?Body art lasts 2-5 days depending on the skin type and where positioned on the body. They can be removed immediately with baby oil or any cleansing wipes containing 70% IPA (isopropyl alcohol). Our body art are waterproof and will resist general shower and bath use. They are even sold in water parks!

How safe is temporary body art?All body paint ingredients are FDA approved and within EU guidelines for cosmetic use. Full contents of all our paints is available on request. We are unaware of any allergic reactions to the body paint which, unlike other products such as henna (which penetrate the skin), sits on the skin for up to 5 days. Note that body paint can be taken off the skin at any time with baby oil or an alcohol wipe (isopropyl alcohol).

What type of stencils do Tiger-Designs supply?We use single use stencils which are quicker and easier to apply than other types and more hygienic. Customers are paying good money for body art and want to see high quality. Re-usable stencils often cause problems with underspray and blurring of the design. They are also more difficult to use with active children (wanting to move constantly!) and, if hygiene is to be maintained, they need to be cleaned after every use. Another big advantage of using single-use stencils as opposed to re-usable stencils is that it provides an instant inventory control. The adhesive backed material used for our stencils comes rated for use on the skin.

What if we require a different solution or bespoke designs?We provide a complete solution according to our customers requirements. We design all bespoke stencils in-house and have designed original stencils for theme parks, sports clubs, corporates, individuals and for charity events for both retail and promotion. We are able to attend your party or event and also supply decal tattoos if required.
